Director
Users with director privileges have access to all player groups, and also have the ability to assign players to any team in their player groups. In addition, directors can track the summary of all calls made to players as well as their acceptances and declines. Watch the tutorial or check out the screen shots below.
Call status summary
The call status summary updates automatically every 3 minutes and allows the director to see call status for every group and team. To access it, look for the Call summary item in the menu at the right end of the header. Each group can be opened and closed in order to see details down to the team level. The director can also download a list of players at any level of information - the entire club, a specific group or a specific team.
Player search
Directors can also search for players across all groups. To access it, look for Player search in the menu at the right end of the header. For each player you can see what team the player was offered and whether or not they accepted.
